I'm concerned...

Should our fellow students be required to play people from a school that obviously has a lack of instiutional control? It could be dangerouse to play against thugs, I mean hell didn't the orange outfits give it away?

Spouse Question.

Maybe you can help me.

I’m a spouse here of one of the law students, and I’m interested in joining the Rec Center AND getting football tickets in the fall. I called over to the ACT card place, and they said it will be roughly $175 for the entire spring semester, for both access to the Rec Center and athletic events (or the ability to purchase tickets). They don’t prorate, which sucks. I called the Rec Center and they DO prorate if you join the Rec Center only, so it will be $62.50 come March 30th, if I want to join the Rec Center then.

I’m not so concerned with the Rec Center, I’m more concerned with getting football tickets as a spouse. I’ve heard many different conflicting stories about when the “football tickets are available” email comes out. Is it normally spring or summer? If it’s summer, I’m not going to pay $175, because then my spring athletic privileges won’t be valid, and I won’t be able to order tickets. I mean, I could get the Spouse Combo in the summer and order tickets then, but my husband won’t be attending in the summer.

How do you order football tickets? How would my husband order the tickets for me? Will my tickets then just be student tickets, or will I have to get them changed over or something like that…It’s just all so dang confusing, since this is the first year I’m interested in getting those tickets.

Hopefully you can shed some light on this situation. Thanks!
